Sound familiar?

You've been on the trip the plan ruined.

You spent months looking forward to it.

Saved up. Booked the flights. Booked the hotel.

Then the actual week happened — and it was a string of mediocre meals you settled for because the place you'd marked was closed, queues you didn't expect, drives that took two hours longer than the blog said they would only to find nowhere to park and a small fortune for the privilege, and a restaurant on Day 4 that shut down in 2024.

You came home thinking: I spent more than I needed to, did less than I wanted to, and the trip I actually had wasn't the trip I was promising myself for six months.

Bad plans turn good holidays into expensive mistakes.

The plan was the problem.

And then you tried the AI...

Two days of prompting.Six paragraphs back.

AI chatbots, free, paid, doesn't matter.

You typed your destinations — three cities, two weeks, an overnight train between two of them, a ferry connection, an early-morning flight on Day 9. The plan came back with half the transfers ignored and a museum visit at 09:00 on a day you'd land at 23:00 the night before.

You added context — "we're a couple in our 40s, my wife hates museums, we have a five-year-old" — and it gave you slightly less generic suggestions. You spent another hour on pace, allergies, the wine you like, the things the kid actually enjoys. The chatbot cheerfully gave you variations of the same Top-10 list every blog wrote in 2023.

And after all that prompting — at least a couple of hours of back-and-forth, explaining yourself, your family, your tastes to a chat window — what you walked away with was a chat log.

No PDF. No timing. No Plan B if it rains.

No verification that the amazing local restaurant you'd planned for lunch on Day 4 is even still in business.

A few recommendations. Six paragraphs.

After a few hours of your time.

That's not a trip plan. That's a starting point.

And you needed a starting point about three days ago.

Here's what changes

Seven minutes on a form.Thirty minutes to a real PDF.

MyTravelBots is a personalized itinerary service.

Not a chat. Not a conversation. A document, made for your specific trip.

You fill in a thoughtful form — about your dates, up to 6 destinations, your party, your pace, your dietary needs, the things you want and the things you actively avoid — and we hand it to a system that researches, writes, and quality-checks a complete day-by-day itinerary specifically for the trip you described.

Every restaurant is checked against live, current sources before the PDF leaves us.

Every drive time is real.

Every recommendation has a reason behind it.

There's a Plan B for every day in case the weather turns, or the kid hits the wall at 14:00, or a venue is busier than expected.

About twenty to thirty minutes later, the PDF lands in your inbox.

Download it. Print it. Save it.

Bring it on the plane.

The trip is planned.

Budget tracker — fill in as you go
A personalized executive summary for your specific trip (custom-branded cover with your destination, a warm welcome to open, then an executive overview written for your specific party — traveller snapshot, trip vibe, signature experiences, daily rhythm, food and local flavour, weather and flexibility — so you arrive knowing exactly what the week ahead is and isn't)
A complete day-by-day plan, in four time blocks (morning, afternoon, evening, night — each with specific time slots, named venues, and realistic pacing built in for the actual humans on the trip, not for an idealised tourist with infinite energy)
Two options for every meal slot, Plan A and Plan B (both verified open the week of your trip — so when Plan A is full, you don't end up at a tourist trap on the corner)
A weather-and-mood Plan B for every day (if it rains, if the kids hit the wall at 14:00, if a venue closes unexpectedly — there's already an alternative built into your day)
Live Google Maps routes for every half-day (one tap on the morning-and-afternoon link opens your whole half-day in Google Maps — every stop pinned in order, with driving and walking times already calculated. A separate link for the evening-and-night block. No more standing on a corner figuring out where to go next.)
Hidden, locally-loved recommendations (the bakery the neighbourhood actually goes to, the taverna the ferry crew eats at — not the same Top-10 list every other tourist follows)
Live verification on every single venue (every restaurant, attraction, and stop confirmed currently operating the week of delivery — no closed-in-2024 surprises, no guessed-at opening hours)
Packing and weather guidance for your dates (season-specific weather context plus a destination-specific packing checklist — water shoes for pebbly beaches, mosquito repellent for evenings by water, paw protection if travelling with a dog. Whatever your trip actually needs, not a generic list.)
Local insights no blog will tell you (taverna etiquette, language tips that matter, golden-hour timing for the best viewpoints, when to go early vs. late, dog-friendly venue notes — the small things that turn a visit into an arrival)
Transport guidance, with official sources (driving and parking tips for your specific destinations, public transport with links to the actual timetable site, booking providers like Ferryhopper for ferries — not generic 'rent a car' advice)
Useful contacts you might actually need (European emergency number, country-specific ambulance / police / fire / coast-guard lines, the nearest hospitals with their phone numbers, embassy guidance for your nationality, verified apps and ticketing websites — collected for your destination, not guessed)
A budget tracker built into the PDF (a clean expense table for flights, accommodation, meals, activities, transport, shopping — so you actually understand what the trip cost, instead of finding out from a credit-card statement in October)
A printable PDF you can read offline (opens on any phone, tablet, or laptop; prints cleanly to A4 / US Letter — no app, no login, no roaming data needed abroad)
One round of revisions included (swap a day, change a meal, add a stop — within 14 days of delivery, no extra cost)

Quick answers

Things people ask before booking.

How is this different from an AI chatbot?
MyTravelBots delivers a complete, multi-page PDF with every venue verified against live sources the week of your trip — plus live Google Maps routes for each half-day, a personalized executive summary, packing and weather guidance for your dates, local insights, transport details, useful contacts, and a budget tracker. This is a personalized itinerary service. Your destination, matched to the specific people on the trip — your pace, your dietary needs, the things you actively seek, and the things you actively avoid. That's what the price difference pays for.
How long does it actually take?
5–7 minutes of your time to fill in the form. That's your entire time investment — everything after (research, writing, verification, quality check) is on us. About thirty minutes later, the PDF lands in your inbox. No follow-up call, no scheduling step, no waiting period.
Will the PDF work on my phone?
Yes — the PDF opens cleanly in any modern browser, the iPhone Files app, Google Drive, Dropbox, and any standalone PDF reader. It works offline once downloaded, so you don't need data abroad to read it. The live Google Maps route links inside open in your maps app when tapped — every stop of that half-day pinned in order, with times pre-calculated. The PDF also prints cleanly to A4 / US Letter for travellers who prefer a hard copy.
Can I share the PDF with my travel companions?
Yes — the itinerary is yours to forward, print, or share with anyone in your travel party. There is no per-traveller licence and no extra fee for sharing within your group.
What if I want to change something after delivery?
One round of revisions is included within 14 days of delivery. Tell the team what to swap, what to extend, what to remove. The affected days are re-run through the verification step and the PDF is reissued. Beyond one round, additional revisions are €19 each.
What countries does MyTravelBots cover?
Worldwide. The research and verification process works against live, public data sources — wherever those exist for your destination, an itinerary can be built. If your trip involves a particularly remote location where verification confidence might be lower than usual, the team will flag this before payment is taken.
What if our trip covers multiple destinations?
Up to 6 destinations per trip. The form captures arrival, accommodation, and departure for each stop — so the day-by-day schedule flows correctly from one place to the next, with transport guidance between stops included in the itinerary.
