1. Service Description

MyTravelBots.com provides personalized digital travel itineraries as downloadable digital content delivered electronically. No physical goods are supplied.

3. Compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA)

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) applicable from November 2022, MyTravelBots.com complies with all obligations as a provider of digital services, including:

  • Implementation of user-friendly mechanisms for receiving notices concerning illegal content on our service, with clear instructions on how to submit such notices exclusively via electronic means.
  • Processing received notices diligently and transparently in a timely, objective, and non-arbitrary manner as required by Article 16 of the DSA1.
  • Providing confirmations of receipt and notification of decisions regarding notices submitted by users.
  • Publishing transparency reports on content moderation activities, if applicable, as mandated by the DSA56.

4. Hosting and Liability

As a provider of digital content and hosting services, MyTravelBots.com respects EU regulations on intermediary liability. We do not pre-screen all user-generated content but act promptly to remove or disable access to illegal content upon obtaining actual knowledge or awareness, in compliance with Article 14 and 16 of the DSA1.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including designs, text, images, and software on MyTravelBots.com, is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may constitute an infringement.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute related to your use of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [EU member state where company is established]. The courts of this jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
